MSS-003-French Pronunciation and Text-to-Speech Aids

This is the third installment of Sandra Goodwin’s “Maple Stars and Stripes” podcasts, which started over a year now. I’ve enjoyed listening and learning from them immensely. They are very interesting and informative. Sandra’s family is primarily Quebec, and that’s where her primary interests are, but she has included a lot of material that can be applied to our Acadian research.

Please do yourself a favor after listening to this podcast and check out her “show notes” as there is much valuable material there. No need to take notes as you listen; the show notes give a thorough review. She includes many links that are helpful.

I especially appreciated this podcast as I initially had lots of questions concerning the “dit” name when I stated researching our family history.
